Delicious grilled chicken drumsticks coated with a flavorful dry rub, perfect for BBQ lovers.


Ingredients

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together all the dry rub ingredients.
  2. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken drumsticks.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Place the drumsticks on the grill and cook for about 30-35 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the drumsticks in the dry rub for a few hours or overnight.
