- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper to create the Alabama white sauce.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the grilled chicken with a generous drizzle of Alabama white sauce on top.
