- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil and all the seasonings.
- Toss the wings until they are evenly coated.
- Place the wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Ensure the wings are cooked through and have a nice char.
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the wings for a few hours before grilling.
