- 12 fresh jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with chopped cilantro if desired. Serve hot.
