Description

A delicious summer appetizer featuring grilled peaches and creamy brie cheese on a crispy flatbread.


Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Place the sliced peaches on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear.
  4. Remove the peaches and place the flatbread on the grill.
  5. Top the flatbread with brie cheese and grilled peaches.
  6. Close the grill lid and cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter flavor, use ripe peaches.
  • Feel free to add other toppings like prosciutto or arugula.
