A delicious summer appetizer featuring grilled peaches and creamy brie cheese on a crispy flatbread.

- 1 flatbread
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil on both sides.
- Place the sliced peaches on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Remove the peaches and place the flatbread on the grill.
- Top the flatbread with brie cheese and grilled peaches.
- Close the grill lid and cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter flavor, use ripe peaches.
- Feel free to add other toppings like prosciutto or arugula.
- Can be made on a grill pan if an outdoor grill is not available.
