- 1 flatbread
- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly before slicing.
- Place the flatbread on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Remove the flatbread from the grill and top it with burrata cheese, sliced grilled peaches, and fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes on top.
- Feel free to substitute the burrata with mozzarella if preferred.
