Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
  4. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly before slicing.
  5. Place the flatbread on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
  6. Remove the flatbread from the grill and top it with burrata cheese, sliced grilled peaches, and fresh basil leaves.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes on top.
