Description

A refreshing summer salad featuring grilled peaches and creamy burrata cheese, perfect for warm weather.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the peaches cut-side down for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
  4. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  5. On a serving platter, arrange the arugula and place the grilled peaches on top.
  6. Carefully tear the burrata cheese and place it over the peaches.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and additional olive oil.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
