Description

Grilled Peach Burrata Toast is a delightful summer starter that combines the sweetness of grilled peaches with the creaminess of burrata cheese, all served on toasted bread.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices of crusty bread
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the peaches cut-side down for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and they are slightly softened.
  4. While the peaches are grilling, toast the bread slices on the grill until golden brown.
  5. Remove the peaches and bread from the grill.
  6. On each slice of toasted bread, place a generous amount of burrata cheese.
  7. Top with grilled peach halves and fresh basil leaves.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes
