- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 slices of crusty bread
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the peaches cut-side down for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and they are slightly softened.
- While the peaches are grilling, toast the bread slices on the grill until golden brown.
- Remove the peaches and bread from the grill.
- On each slice of toasted bread, place a generous amount of burrata cheese.
- Top with grilled peach halves and fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes on top.
