- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken and peach wedges onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and peaches.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
