- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

- 1 pint vanilla ice cream

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- In serving bowls, place a grilled peach half and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
