Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken and pineapple chunks onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and pineapple.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Feel free to add bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side of rice or salad for a complete meal.
