- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the pork chops to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the pork chops for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- During the last few minutes of grilling, add the diced pineapple to the grill to caramelize.
- Serve the grilled pork chops topped with the grilled pineapple.
