Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the pork chops to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
