- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together peach preserves, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Brush the peach BBQ glaze over the pork chops.
- Grill the pork chops for 6-7 minutes on each side, basting with more glaze as needed.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the pork chops in the glaze for a few hours before grilling.
- Adjust the sweetness of the glaze by adding more or less peach preserves.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
