- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ears of corn, cut into thirds
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, corn, potatoes, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out large pieces of aluminum foil and divide the mixture evenly among them.
- Top each pack with lemon slices.
- Seal the foil packs tightly and place them on the grill.
- Grill for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
- Carefully open the foil packs and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes.
- These packs can also be cooked in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
