Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into thirds
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, corn, potatoes, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay out large pieces of aluminum foil and divide the mixture evenly among them.
  4. Top each pack with lemon slices.
  5. Seal the foil packs tightly and place them on the grill.
  6. Grill for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  7. Carefully open the foil packs and serve hot.
