- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the marinade for a spicy kick.

- These skewers can also be cooked in the oven if a grill is not available.
