Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
