A delicious and customizable grilled veggie burger build bar that allows you to create your perfect bite with a variety of toppings and sauces.

- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
- Burger buns
- Assorted toppings (lettuce, tomato, avocado, pickles, etc.)
- Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
- Add cooked quinoa, corn, bell peppers, onions, breadcrumbs, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat.
- Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute.
- Assemble your burger with your choice of toppings and condiments.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preferences.
- These patties can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
- Serve with a side of sweet potato fries for a complete meal.
