- 250g halloumi cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the zucchini slices and halloumi cubes.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Thread the zucchini and halloumi onto the skewers, alternating between the two.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the zucchini is tender and the halloumi is golden brown.
- Remove from the grill and serve warm.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
