- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Add lime juice, diced onion, tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro, and salt to the bowl.
- Mash the ingredients together until you reach your desired consistency.
- In a separate bowl, combine diced tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, garlic powder, and salt to make the salsa.
- Set up a serving station with bowls of guacamole and salsa, along with tortilla chips and fresh veggies for dipping.
