Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

- Add the gyoza dumplings and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in the bok choy, mushrooms, soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
