Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package of gyoza dumplings
  • 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the gyoza dumplings and cook according to package instructions.

  6. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
