Description

Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Sliders are a delicious and easy way to transform your leftover chicken into a flavorful meal perfect for any cookout.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Hawaiian BBQ sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup pineapple slices
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Hawaiian BBQ sauce until well coated.
  2. In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and toast them lightly.
  4. On the bottom half of each bun, place a generous amount of the BBQ chicken mixture.
  5. Add a slice of pineapple on top of the chicken.
  6. Top with a spoonful of coleslaw.
  7. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
