Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Sliders are a delicious and easy way to transform your leftover chicken into a flavorful meal perfect for any cookout.

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup Hawaiian BBQ sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup pineapple slices
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Hawaiian BBQ sauce until well coated.
- In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the slider buns in half and toast them lightly.
- On the bottom half of each bun, place a generous amount of the BBQ chicken mixture.
- Add a slice of pineapple on top of the chicken.
- Top with a spoonful of coleslaw.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to add cheese for extra flavor.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated.
- Use any leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
