Description

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Powdered sugar for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and place them in the baking dish.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the rolls, ensuring they are well soaked.
  6. Sprinkle the mixed berries on top of the rolls.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
