Description
A refreshing iced tea made from hibiscus flowers, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
- 8 cups water
- 1 cup sugar (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Boil 8 cups of water in a large pot.
- Add the dried hibiscus flowers to the boiling water.
- Let it steep for about 15-20 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to remove the hibiscus flowers.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Mix in the fresh lime juice.
- Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the sugar according to your taste preference.
- For a twist, add mint leaves or other fruits.
- This drink can be served hot as well.
