Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil 8 cups of water in a large pot.
  2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers to the boiling water.
  3. Let it steep for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture to remove the hibiscus flowers.
  5. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  6. Mix in the fresh lime juice.
  7. Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  8. Serve over ice and enjoy!
