- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, honey BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
