Delicious homemade Magnum bars with a perfect chocolate shell.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 500ml vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare the ice cream by scooping it into molds and freezing until solid.
- Melt the dark and milk chocolate together with coconut oil in a double boiler.
- Once the chocolate is melted, remove it from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Dip the frozen ice cream bars into the chocolate mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top before the chocolate hardens.
- Place the bars back in the freezer to set completely.
Notes
- Make sure the ice cream is completely frozen before dipping.
- You can use any flavor of ice cream you prefer.
- Store the bars in an airtight container in the freezer.
