Description

Delicious homemade Magnum bars with a perfect chocolate shell.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 500ml vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ice cream by scooping it into molds and freezing until solid.
  2. Melt the dark and milk chocolate together with coconut oil in a double boiler.
  3. Once the chocolate is melted, remove it from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Dip the frozen ice cream bars into the chocolate mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt on top before the chocolate hardens.
  6. Place the bars back in the freezer to set completely.

Notes

  • Make sure the ice cream is completely frozen before dipping.
  • You can use any flavor of ice cream you prefer.
  • Store the bars in an airtight container in the freezer.
