- 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into small squares.
- Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
- Add mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the pizza bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
