Description

Delicious and easy-to-make homemade pizza bites perfect for celebrating graduation with friends and family.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup of pizza sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into small squares.
  3. Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
  5. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the pizza bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
