Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

  3. In a blender, combine fresh raspberries and honey (or sugar) and blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  5. Combine the strained raspberry juice with the brewed tea.
  6. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes
