A refreshing homemade raspberry iced tea sweetened with fresh berries, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the tea bags. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
- In a blender, combine fresh raspberries and honey (or sugar) and blend until smooth.
- Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
- Combine the strained raspberry juice with the brewed tea.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness according to your preference.
- For a stronger tea flavor, steep the tea bags longer.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for larger gatherings.
