- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
- Add diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked.
- In the same pan, add broccoli florets and sauté until tender.
- Prepare meal prep bowls by adding a portion of brown rice, followed by the cooked chicken and broccoli.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
