- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
