Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice

  • 2 ears of corn, husked
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
