Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

  • Green onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to create the sauce.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve the chicken over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
