Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to create the sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the chicken over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
