Description

These Hot Honey Chicken Sliders are the perfect party food that will impress your guests with their sweet and spicy flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with hot honey until well coated.
  2. In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and toast the slider buns until golden brown.
  4. Assemble the sliders by placing a generous amount of hot honey chicken on the bottom half of each bun.
  5. Add a spoonful of coleslaw on top of the chicken.
  6. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add sliced jalapeños to the sliders.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
  • Serve with pickles on the side for added crunch.
