- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 8 oz Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Fresh thyme (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place a piece of Brie cheese in the center of each square.
- Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of the Brie.
- Drizzle hot honey over the cranberry sauce.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to use a good quality Brie cheese for the best flavor.
- You can substitute the hot honey with regular honey if you prefer less heat.
