Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully incorporated.
- Add any optional mix-ins and stir gently.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Scoop and serve your homemade ice cream!
Notes
- For a chocolate version, add cocoa powder to the condensed milk mixture.
- Experiment with different flavors by adding extracts or fruit purees.
