A refreshing and vibrant iced tea made with hibiscus and pineapple, perfect for summer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Fresh pineapple slices for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
- Add the dried hibiscus flowers to the boiling water and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
- Strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher, discarding the flowers.
- Add the pineapple juice and honey or agave syrup to the pitcher, stirring well to combine.
- Chill the tea in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh pineapple slices.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
- This tea can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- For a fizzy version, add sparkling water before serving.
