Description

A refreshing and vibrant iced tea made with hibiscus and pineapple, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Fresh pineapple slices for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers to the boiling water and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher, discarding the flowers.
  4. Add the pineapple juice and honey or agave syrup to the pitcher, stirring well to combine.
  5. Chill the tea in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh pineapple slices.

  • Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
