- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- If using, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
