Description

A quick and flavorful Instant Pot recipe for lemon garlic chicken that can be prepared in just 10 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil.
  3. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Add minced garlic and lemon juice, then pour in the chicken broth.
  5. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 8 minutes.
  6. Once cooking is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure.
  7. Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with the sauce drizzled over the top.
