Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the sliced apples and cinnamon.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, oats, and remaining flour to create the crumble topping.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the cake batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
