- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 4 cups of peeled and sliced apples
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- In another bowl, combine sliced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Spread the apple mixture over the cheesecake layer.
- In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour, and remaining sugar. Sprinkle this crumble mixture over the apples.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool before removing from the pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use a mix of different apple varieties.
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for added indulgence.
