Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the pecan mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon to make the streusel topping.
- Sprinkle the streusel mixture over the pecan filling.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the filling is set and the topping is golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
