Instructions

- In another bowl, beat together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and diced apples.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before icing.
