- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
