A refreshing and aromatic drink perfect for celebrating Mother’s Day, combining the floral notes of lavender with the soothing qualities of chamomile and the zesty flavor of lemonade.

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons dried lavender
- 2 chamomile tea bags
- Ice cubes
- Fresh lavender sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves to create a simple syrup.
- Add the dried lavender to the syrup and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
- Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher and discard the lavender.
- In a separate pot, boil 2 cups of water and steep the chamomile tea bags for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and add the chamomile tea to the pitcher with the lavender syrup.
- Stir in the fresh lemon juice and the remaining 1 cup of water.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh lavender sprigs.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
- For a stronger lavender flavor, let the lavender steep longer in the syrup.
- This drink can be made a day in advance for convenience.
