Description

A hearty and delicious Loaded Cheeseburger Casserole that combines all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger in a comforting dish perfect for the whole family.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in the diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, beef mixture, pickles, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
