A hearty and delicious Loaded Cheeseburger Casserole that combines all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger in a comforting dish perfect for the whole family.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in the diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, beef mixture, pickles, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings like bacon or jalapeños.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
