Description

A delicious and hearty Loaded Corn Casserole that combines sweet corn, creamy cheese, and savory toppings for a flavor explosion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of sweet corn, drained
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 package of cornbread mix
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon, milk, cornbread mix, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
