A delicious twist on classic deviled eggs, loaded with crispy bacon and tangy pickles for a flavorful appetizer.

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 2 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh chives for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle relish, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Garnish with chopped chives and additional crumbled bacon if desired.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
- These can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to substitute turkey bacon for a lighter option.
