Description

Loaded Potato Skins are a delicious and satisfying snack perfect for game days and graduation celebrations. They are crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then pierce them with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake the potatoes for about 45 minutes or until tender.
  5. Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh.
  6. Fill each potato skin with cheese and bacon, then return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Top with sour cream and green onions before serving.
