- 1 large bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning.
- On a large sheet pan, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
- Sprinkle the cooked ground beef over the chips, followed by black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños.
- Top with shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream, then garnish with green onions and cilantro.
