Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large bag of tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  4. Sprinkle the cooked ground beef over the chips, followed by black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream, then garnish with green onions and cilantro.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to customize toppings based on your preferences.
