Delicious and crispy Mac and Cheese Bites made in an air fryer, perfect for a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls or bites.
- Roll each bite in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon or herbs to the mixture.
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
- These bites can be frozen before cooking for a quick snack later.
