- 1 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt to the mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
